I'm a Psychologist offering online counselling for expats and internationals living in Europe. But more than that, I am a person who knows what it's like to feel adrift while everyone assumes  you're doing fine.

I believe psychological sessions don't necessarily have to feel clinical or diagnostic to be meaningful. In our sessions, you don't need to be in a crisis or to have a label - just willingness to explore what's really going on inside.

I create spaces that are warm, slow and grounded - where you can reconnect with your feelings, your boundaries and your clarity. My approach is systemic, grounded in trust and collaboration.

You don't need to be broken to deserve support. You need space to be real.

How are sessions held?
All sessions are held online via a secure, privacy-respecting video platform. You can join from home, your office or anywhere you feel safe and comfortable.

What is a session with me like?
Sessions are 50 minutes and centred on you. There's no script, no checklist. We go at your pace - slowly, thoughtful, and with care.

Do I need to commit long-term?
No. We will discuss together the frequency based on your pace and need. Some people come weekly, others every two weeks. You can pause or stop whenever you need.

Do I need to have a diagnosis to start with the counselling?
No, not at all. You don't need to be in a crisis or meet any diagnostic to benefit from counselling. If something inside you feels off or unclear, that's enough.

Is it ok if I don't know what I need help with?
Absolutely. Many people seek psychological support feeling unsure. You don't need to have it all figured out - that's what we will explore together!
